RUDE! I came in with an appointment at 1:00 for a steering alignment. I walk up to the office and I am about to enter, and this little lady tells me "let's go outside" I tell her about my 1:00 PM appointment and she says "we don't have any appointments at 1:00, no one is here that can do alignments" then she says "leave your truck here, we will call you in a few hours" I spoke to Mike yesterday, he said to come in at 1:00 and I can just wait because it will only take 30 minutes. He was out to lunch at 1:00 so I waited in the parking lot. Next a little old man with a severe case of small man's complex comes running out and says "what's with the attitude" long story short I went to bear frame and wheel and it was cheaper and everyone was really nice, they also let me wait for it to be done. About 20 minutes.
Absolutely the best. If your looking for a honest mechanic, this is the place to bring your vehicle. Thank you Mike.
They did a great job on my old excursion. They are very knowledgeable about domestic cars and have been in the business for more then 25 years.
